By creating an account or using any part of Peritum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Peritum is a software and information platform that provides analytical tools, journaling functionality, educational content and community features for traders. Peritum provides software functionality and information-based services only.

Peritum does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or personalised trading guidance, and makes no guarantee of any trading result. Nothing on the platform is a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. Trading carries substantial risk of loss.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and lawfully permitted to use the platform.

Peritum offers a paid subscription plan (Professional) with monthly or yearly billing. Prices are shown on the Plans page and may change; changes do not affect an active subscription until its next renewal. Features included in each plan are listed on the Plans page.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing interval (monthly or yearly) using the payment method on file with our payment provider until you cancel. You authorise us, via Stripe, to charge the recurring fee on each renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.

Because Peritum delivers digital services that start immediately, and because you expressly agree at checkout that the service begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the service has started. See our Cancellation & Return Policy for the full details, including the limited cases where a refund may be granted.

When a subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your journal entries, settings and connected accounts remain, but access to paid-only features is removed. Unused credits remain available. Time-limited add-ons continue until their stated expiry.

Some features can be purchased separately (for example account boosts) using credits or a one-time payment. Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and expire only if your account is deleted. One-time purchases are active for the period stated at purchase and are non-refundable once the service starts.

Peritum allows members to publish content to the community, including public trading profiles, leaderboard stats, published journals, blog posts, setup posts, and other contributions. You are responsible for all content you post or publish through your account.

You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Do not post another person's private data, trade history, or personal information without their consent. You retain ownership of your content but grant Peritum a licence to display, host, and process it as needed to operate the platform's public and community features.

We may moderate, hide, or remove public content at our discretion. Publishing your trading data is done at your own risk — once published, it may be seen, copied or shared by other users. You can un-publish your data at any time from your settings, but we cannot guarantee that copies already made by others will be deleted.

Peritum lets members upload a short audio clip (up to 15 seconds) as a profile theme that plays for viewers of their published journal, public profile, and shareable trading card. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and use any audio you select, including holding the necessary licences or permissions from the rights holder.

Peritum does not host copyrighted content and does not verify ownership of uploaded audio. We will remove infringing content upon notification from rights holders. Rights holders may request deletion of their content from the platform by identifying the profile that is using the infringing material (for example by mentioning the member's nickname or profile) and contacting us at admin@peritumfx.com. We may also remove audio at our discretion where we believe it is infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, without limitation: attempting to access data that is not yours, automating or scraping the platform beyond reasonable personal use, circumventing usage limits, or using the platform for anything unlawful. We apply rate limits to protect performance and may throttle or block abusive activity.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or liability for us or others, or engaged in abusive or fraudulent behaviour. We may also suspend access for maintenance or security reasons. Where possible we will notify you, but we are not obligated to do so in cases of urgent security or abuse.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or profitable. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. The detailed legal disclaimers in our footer form part of these Terms.

These Terms and your use of Peritum are governed by the laws of Germany, without application of any conflict-of-laws rules. The operator of Peritum — Marvin Singer, Kampstr. 7, 49832 Freren, Germany — is the contracting party. If you access Peritum from outside Germany, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with any applicable local laws.

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
